 Our design coordination process starts with assembling the right team. We advise clients on selecting the best design partners and project delivery method to maximize value and efficiency. As your Construction Partner, we lead and facilitate design meetings, driving collaboration and maintaining project momentum. Our project managers take the time to understand and represent client standards, expectations, and basis of design, acting as a true extension of your team throughout the preconstruction phase.

We continue to support our clients with post-construction services, including coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) installation, final inspections, and move-in management.  Our close-out process follows a detailed and structured activity checklist, ensuring that all project documentation, inspections, and punch list items are completed to the highest standards. We also provide lessons learned reviews and post-occupancy evaluations, giving clients and their engineering teams valuable insights to support operational readiness and drive continuous improvement on future projects. 

 TGC provides Work Letter review, lease analysis, and tenant improvement (TI) recommendations to help owners, landlords, and tenants align construction scope with lease obligations. We evaluate tenant allowances, landlord work requirements, and schedule impacts to identify potential risks and cost drivers early. Our goal is to provide clear, actionable insights—helping clients make informed decisions and ensuring a smooth transition from lease execution to construction.
